A table for a few pairs of feet or a large pizza.
Ebonized white oak, visible joinery. Friends on Cumberland Street always had this shape in mind for a coffee table but couldn’t find one in the right dimensions. It had to fit their sectional sofa without being an obstacle, and be light enough to pick up and move easily.
The tops of the legs are exposed in the surface of the table for a little construction legibility, and the edge profile is shallow and smooth like a good beach pebble.
